At Sattva Space Realty, we believe in transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Our brokerage structure is designed to ensure that both buyers and sellers receive value for the services provided, with clear terms and conditions.
Sale or Purchase of Property
- Dual Representation (Both Buyer and Seller):
When we represent both the buyer and the seller in a property transaction, a commission of 1% of the transaction value will be paid by each party. - Single Representation (Either Buyer or Seller):
If we represent only one party in the transaction, the represented party will be required to pay a 1% commission.
Special Note: We charge ZERO BROKERAGE for properties purchased in under-construction projects. This is part of our commitment to providing the best deals to our customers.
Rental or Lease or Leave & License of Property
- Dual Representation (Both Leaser and Lessee/Tenant):
a) For agreements up to 3 years, a commission equivalent to 1 month’s rent will be paid by each party.
b) For agreements beyond 3 years, a commission equivalent to 2 months’ rent will be paid by each party. - Single Representation (Either Leaser or Lessee/Tenant):
a) For agreements up to 3 years, a commission equivalent to 1 month’s rent will be paid by the represented party.
b) For agreements beyond 3 years, a commission equivalent to 2 months’ rent will be paid by the represented party.
Terms & Conditions of Payment
- The brokerage or commission fees are due at the time of:
- Execution of the Deed of Transfer, or
- Agreement for Sale, or
- Completion of the transaction (receipt of full payment), or
- Possession of the said property, whichever is earlier.

- Fees paid as brokerage, commission, service charges, or under any other name are non-refundable under any circumstances.
